NIA with Kendra Howard 10 am

NIA combines carefully selected movements and concepts from Dance, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Yoga, Tai Chi and other movement forms. NIA classes offer total-body cardiovascular conditioning and cross training for any sport or activity. NIA movements are adaptable and can be personalized for any level of fitness and agility. No prior training is necessary. Everyone is welcome

Winter Sport Conditioning with Amie Bervy 11am

Get ready for the winter sport season with this high intensity workout led by world class ski and snowboard instructors. Take your winter sports to the next level by preparing your body using the same exercises as the pros. If you are going to ski, snowboard, ice climb, or snow shoe this winter this class is for you!

Cardio Sculpt with Jillian Schloffel  12 pm

A class doesn’t get any more efficient than this one! Using weights, plates, and Body Bars, this class not only gives you a full body strength training opportunity but also the cardiovascular benefit of interval training. Little coordination or dance required in this athletic based workout that makes lifting weights fun again. All fitness levels are welcome, but be ready for the challenge of a fast paced class.

Boost Your Booty with Lisa Verbeck  1pm

Booty Boot Camp is been a great success at RallySport for the past 3 years. Lisa Verbeck has seen up to 10% body fat loss with some people! The class has been redesigned to offer success to more people. Everyone in Boot Camp will set short and long term goals, have before and after body fat measurements, reap the benefits with the support of Lisa and the group, and have fun while achieving those goals. This is a team effort and the team will help you get there!
