Welcome vendors! Please fill out the form below (or Download Vendor Form) to reserve your space at Boulder Green Streets. Once you submit your registration and payment is recorded, we will review your application and contact you if we need further information. If you would like to host an activity or workshop please also fill out the “activity leader” form under the “get involved” section of the website.

TAX LICENSES & PERMITS
All vendors selling products are required to collect Colorado State & Boulder County sales tax. Vendors with permits must display them in their booth space. If you wish to sell products and do NOT have a license, Boulder Green Streets will collect and report sales tax on your behalf. Click here to download this form now. FOOD SAFETY INFORMATION
We strongly recommend that all food vendors contact the Boulder County Public Health Department to gain approval for their products and to obtain the appropriate licenses to operate at the Market. Please check the requirements for your product by contacting the Boulder County Health Department. If you are required to obtain a license, you are a required to send a copy to BGS.
